In what way? Mine, and others are fine.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Works for me, but I tend to use the website as its a lot easier to navigate...

My MyO2 app threw a wobbler on Monday, but a force-stop on the app, and clear cache, and re-enter my PIN and select Biometrics all quickly put it right, @TheConcernedUse:
