Hi, so I ordered an iPhone on Thursday and it said that it would send me another email to say if my Order has been sent off, but I haven’t received an email and it’s been three days. Now when I try to use “My O2” to use “Track Amy Order”, it won’t let me log in, saying that they don’t recognise my email but it lets me log in and even says “Hi Samiha” showing it does recognise me. What I’m earth do I do?
