My Disney+ extra won’t activate!! Help!!

Hi everyone 

I received a text offering me 3 months of Disney+ for free so I text to take the offer up. I got a text back saying it had been added to Myo2. When I logged on it said it needed activating before I could use it. So clicked on activate and it just came up “error 404 this page no longer exists”. I’ve spoken to the live chat, they said they would send me another email, still nothing. Called customer services on 202 got one call back and she said to wait longer and she would call again but she didn’t. 
literally nobody is helping with this?! 
I even contacted them via Instagram and I just got “we will look into this error”. 
HELP!!

There seems to be a problem currently judging by the number of posts today.

I guess we just need time to let O2 sort it out.

Same issue - also clicked on the Webchat option in help & it directs me to the AppStore telling me to open the O2 App, I open it, go to help & chat again & back into the AppStore - stuck in a vicious circle!

I’m having the same problem too, it cancelled my previous offer which didn’t end till the end of the month so I’ve lost over a week of Disney

I am having the same issue, they have cancelled my existing Disney + so I am without too. Can’t get through on phone or on chat. Wouldn’t have done this if I thought I was going to be without Disney +

I got the same problem and no help too... But the counter (29 days left) on activation is on. NEED HELP
