Id like an explanation to how since changing my data plan with new device how suddenly im using more data? I was previously unlimited and you would be lucky if i used 15gb in a month, Now since changing plans to suit me im suddenly using upwards of 20gb every time now that im limited? this is very suspicious considering im getting messages saying my screen time is down each week....

Your new device may be set to use an assist feature where it switches to Cellular when WiFi is weak, @AliWallace - check your device's SIM and WiFi settings.
