@Conrad2 - can you log-in using the browser version of MyO2? https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If so, then uninstall the MyO2 app from your handset, reboot the handset and reinstall.
If not possible either way, then Guide: How to find help & contact O2 has the Social Media links in it, down a ways in the Guide - use X or Messenger link to talk to the O2 Social Media team and ask them to help get you back into MyO2. Good luck!
