I have just looked on my o2. I did have 3 mobile numbers under my account but for some reason there is now only 2. I wanted to access the bill of the 3rd one but I am unable to access it as the number has disappeared.

Some issues have occurred due to a system upgrade resulting in loss of access to some accounts.
You need to contact customer service to get your accounts realigned.
