Moving to Lisbon

Hi there I will be living in Lisbon for a year from August what can you offer be tariff wise so I want get charged for calls in Portugal?

You can use your data as you would in the UK, upto 63 days in 180 days after that it is standard roaming charges (this is an EU Regulation that the UK carried over).   There is no way to avoid this.
