Moving old phone number

Hi i am having issues with moving my old phone number from my old provider to my current 02 device. I have tried to fill the form several time with each time getting a blueprism email on security checks beings incorrect. Could you please advice me on what to do as i would like my old phone number on this phone. I have also tried calling up customer service but with no help either. Thankyou

The error will be with the security word you are entering in the form.

This is not your password, but is the customer services password you set up when joining (Mother's maiden name, name of first school, first pet etc).

You can reset it in your MyO2 under "Manage my details" if you have forgotten it.

Thankyou, however i have used the security code of what you mentioned and even changed it under manage my details to a new security code to try again and came across the same email problem.

You need to contact O2 then.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
