Hi - I moved to the USA in July 2023 (I notified you by phone). I have not used my SIM all year and I have sadly lost the phone. I am paying dead money each month and want to cancel

Thanks I tried that - in order to do it they want to send you a text - i spoke to the automated "helper" online but as I changed email addresses due to a hack it just freezes so can't get through that way either!
