Hi there

I've been an O2 member having bought a 3 year contract of device and sim. 

 

I was on Virgin Mobile which I understand has now transferred to O2. Can I merge all my prev Virgin mobile into this one MyO2 and how do I do that? I've not even tried to get onto a new O2 for my other phones (I manage my whole family's phone contracts)

Currently, all accounts require individual log ins.

Merging has been suspended until all Virgin accounts are migrated to O2.
