I placed an oder for a Moto E6 last night which seemed to go through okay.  But an hour later got another email saying it was out of stock.  I'd like to cancel the order as I needed the phone for work tomorrow but can't find any way to do that in myo2.  Tried emailing and got an auto reply with a chat link that doesn't seem to work either.

Can anyone advise or are o2 CS still monitoring here to help cancel the order and refund me?

Thanks

A.

@nysavant

Normally you cant cancel once an order is placed. You could try by phoning Guide: How to find help & contact O2

The routine thing is once received you return under the 14 day change of mind policy

No it's offline currently.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Chat is closed until the country and the call centres overseas are back to normal.
