You may be subscribed to a premium rate service Guide: Have you fallen for or been conned into a premium rate scam? What to do next

You'll need to call 4445 to check with customer service

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

How do you mean someone is taking money? Are you using data without a bundle?

The best bet is to contact o2 on 0344 809 0202 or 4445 or if any when an agent is available you can use livechat at https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
