Mobile broadband data allowance

I am unable to view my remaining allowance on the app or on o2 website for over two weeks. I spoke to someone on the online chat who advised to uninstall my o2 and reinstall which i did but still nothing. It tells me my remaining texts but not allowance. Any ideas ?

Someone else reported the same issue recently so this must be a random account issue. 

You would be best advised to call customer service rather than chat to get it looked into Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Yes i rang customer services yesterday who tried sorting it out by changing password etc but it did not work. She has filled out a form and i have to wait up to 24 hours to hear back. I am yet to hear anything and allowance still not available to view.

I have this problem too since 24th January. Customer Services are apparently dealing with it but it's taking along time. Frustrating to say the least.
