My latest sim card bill has included roaming charges. I have been to Europe recently but o2 say they don't charge for European calls so why have I been charged?

Thank you. I checked before I went and all the countries I visited were in the permitted range sn O shouldn't have been charged.

The Payment Management Team number is 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
