Hi all. I'm having trouble sending MMS via text. I just get a pop up saying service not set up for network. How can I resolve this? Thanks

You need to go into phone settings and enable it.

Or text ACTIVE to 2020, save the settings then reboot your phone.

MMS are chargeable so if you have a spend cap and have reached your limit, they won't send.

There have been many reports on here that customers are now having mms problems.
