Hi all!
I've just ordered another 12 month sim-only in MyO2 app for my daughter.
My question is, is it possible to manage this new number under one account?
So I can see both my account and her account together, or does she need to create her own O2 account?
I am also guessing the monthly payment for this new sim is coming out from my currenty DD?

If you added a new contract to your account it will automatically show in your MyO2.
The bill will also be taken from the same bank account as your current direct debit comes from.

Excellent, this is what I hope will happen.
Still not seeing the new account yet in MyO2 app.
I've only ordered the new sim tonight so will wait until the sim arrives and we activate it.

Hi, glad to report that the second number is showing in my O2 app. This is brilliant.
However, I requested a number transfer when purchasing this sim. I’ve filled in the PAC code during checkout. It’s been 24 hours and the number still hasn’t switched over.
Do I need to do anything else?
