Manage my O2 Wifi Account Button Not Working

I have been experiencing delays in signing onto free Wifi on my Android device over the last few days, so I thought it best to check the devices that I have registered. However, the 'Manage my O2 Wifi account' button doesn't appear to do anything after signing in on the 'https://accounts.o2.co.uk/' webpage. Is there a technical problem? I am not a O2 phone customer so I only have a free wifi account and I can't seem to find a contact number (the number given to me by the Live Chat was only for O2 phone customers).

Try using a different browser to sign in but support for free WiFi is limited.

Many thanks MI5. I have the same issue in Edge, Chrome and Safari. The app also returns an error. So do I need to be on a O2 hotspot to manage my O2 wifi account?

It's certainly worth trying. It works ok for me but I am an O2 customer so cannot say what happens if you're not.

I have also now tried the 'Manage your O2 WiFi account' link on the web page and app whilst on a O2 hot-spot and neither are working.

If you do I'd like to get someone on my end to look into what could be the issue, so I would need to know exactly where you've tried to click and what happens when you do, as well as any additional info you think might be relevant slight_smile

Thank you EmilieT. The issue is with the My O2 App where the 'Manage my O2 Wifi' return a 403 error 'Request could not be satisfied. Request blocked' Also on the My O2 website, if I select the 'O2 Wifi' or the 'Manage my O2 Wifi Account' buttons, the tab circles but return to the same web page. I hope that helps.
