Hello, I am trying to log in to myo2 account and it is saying I am not recognised. I have been with o2 for nearly 8 years, always with the same email address. Can you please assist with me getting access to my account?

One other suggestion if I may ; if you are trying to use the O2app, try deleting it, rebooting your 'phone and then reinstalling the app. 👍
