I HAVE JUST CHANGED MY PHONE CONTRACT TO SIM ONLY. I HAD A NEW SIM SENT TO MAKE USE OF 5G   MY PHONE IS MY ORIGINAL S20 ULTRA

You need to do a sim swap to activate the new sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update 

You can also ask in store for them to do it for you.
