I've lost my phone and would like a SIM and second hand phone sent to me. Is this possible and if so, how much would it cost?

@Cora94 You need to report the phone as lost. You are responsible until you do: Lost or Stolen O2 Device

O2 will not provide you with another phone unless you have insurance.
