Hi. l had such a stupid insident couple of days ago. l was going for a walk and taking some pictures and accidentally throw my iPhone in the river. And it's quite deep so even if l'd jump in it wouldn't be possible to get it back. What shall l do in this case? Would o2 would deal with this incident?

@Eglej

Only if you have O2 insurance https://www.o2.co.uk/help/digital-services/o2-insurance ?

Otherwise, you need to replace it yourself.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
