Hi, your support has not been able to help at all as they won’t speak to me unless I can log into the app. I lost my card months ago and have never actually used it. I need a new SIM card and I need to keep my current number. I’ve been a customer since September 2023. My account number is ***********

You need to report it lost

They will send you a new sim with your number transferred to it

It's nonsense that they won't help if you can't log in
