Lost SIM card

My name is Noreen 

I have contract with your self but currently I’m in pakistan I have lost my SIM card I was trying to check if pakistan SIM card works in my phone and Mis placed my o2 SIM card I really need it as I will be flying out soon and I’m struggling to find it please can someone help me even if I could get esim I tried log in my app and my account it’s asking to send code to my phone via text message but I can’t recieve it if I don’t have SIM card

O2 will only send replacement to your registered UK address.
