Hello, whenever I try and log into my o2 it prompts me to add my telephone number then sends me a code, however once i’ve done this everytime it comes up with “contact number already associated with another user”, how do I get passed this pls? It may have been from an old email account however I cannot access this now. Many thanks

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Customer service should deal with a issue like this as we are only a user based forum.

If you are new and porting your old number over it seems you need to wait for the old number to be activated
