Good morning, I am unable to log in to my O2 account. It keeps taking me around in circle from entering my e-mail address and password to confirmation of a 6-digit code back to the log in screen. Last night I changed my password just in case and was able to log in to the APP but it keeps doing the same thing ...very frustrating!!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
