I keep trying to access live chat and it just keeps saying 'checking to see if an advisor is available' this has been the case for about 7 days now, is there a fault with live chat?
We have asked the same question @Emilee as this seems to be happening for well over a week now.
The powers that be, claim no problem but they must be extremely busy!
