Hi I received a letter today from 02 saying I owe money but yet I can not log into my 02 and have somehow changed contract but yet still with 02

There are some scam letters going around so check with O2.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If you are trying to log into the O2 app but without success, I suggest that you delete it, reboot your 'phone and reinstall it.
