Solved: Leaving O2

Is the only way to leave O2 to call directly? Every time I ring your lines are 'busier than usual' and there's a wait of 45 mins.

You can use a PAC or STAC to leave if you wish.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
