Hello I recently got my phone on contract from o2 last week and its now faulty its been constantly restarting and I've tried loads of methods of fixing to no luck, its starting now to affect my personal life as my alarm was missed this morning and I was late for work, I'm really not happy about this can you lease give me a number for someone to talk to about fixing this ASAP, thankyou

You can only add insurance within 30 days of purchase with O2. You need to call them. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
