Hi,
I've ordered a phone which was an upgrade but it came in the wrong colour so we had been told to send it back which we did. we then had to re-order the phone but on O2's end it was made as a new sale instead of an upgrade. requested for the old number to be put onto the new phone and contract ammended. have now got two contracts on both phones cannot get O2 customer services after 7 calls to ammend this. Any suggestions as to who to contact?

You need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
