Here is my issue
i contacted 02 to close my account down and they deactivated my sims card and closed down the account and they also cleared my balance and told me my account was now fully closed and i had nothing else to pay and my balance was £0.
when i checked my credit file it said i had a term debit of £9 for 02 so i contacted them back on twitter and they got back to me and comfirmed i didnt owe them anything and there is nothing else to pay and that they would get back to me about my issue they never got back to me about the £9 debt on my file this has been very stressfull i want this removed from my credit file and resolved
