I find the website and the app absolutely useless keeps sending me right back to where I started no matter what options I click on. I call 02 and it take an age to talk to anyone surely there has to be a way to contact them?

I was sent out 2 of the same phones and only wish to keep one but I cannot find anything that would help me with this.

Hi @Erica1980 - We’re just customers like you but you can message O2 on

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) ,

Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or

Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , if that helps?

It looks like you know about the MyO2 app to access help.

Or you can browse the O2 Store/Shop and an option for help usually pops up in there before too long.

All other methods of contact, except e-mail, here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Good luck!
