I'm trying to leave O2 now that my contract is up and it's a shambles. Oddly, only the links that I need to use to leave appear to be the ones that load incorrectly or not at all making it impossible to do without calling them.

 

Is it possible that this is being done on purpose? I find it very strange for such a bigcompany to have a website work this badly...but only when you try to leave them.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You can't end your contract online

If you don't want to call then the easiest way is to text for your PAC and take your number to a new network

That will automatically end your contract once the new network transfers your number

Leave your direct debit in place until the final bill has been paid
