I upgraded from an Apple6 to the SE2020.

I have been an 02 customer since 2003, Each time I have upgraded I have recieved a new cable and plug, this time the cable has changed ( so much for me installing wall mounted usb ports in the study) - why isnt there a plug to go with the phone ? A cable without  a plug is useless ??

Really puzzled by this, its not like the phone is cheap - a plug should always be provided

Not impressed - just wondered if this is right and what others think ?

Bit like buying a car with no steering wheel 🙂

@Lorraine58

It's an Apple decision to no longer supply charging plugs.

Make your own mind up as to the reason...... rolling_eyes

See "What's in the box" here https://www.apple.com/uk/shop/buy-iphone/iphone-se

Don't worry the rumours are Apple are killing off Lightning cables for USB-C or going back to a form of POP port / smart port.

Thus removing the cable from the box completely
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
