It is my understanding that I signed up to a package that gives me free roaming in the USA but the last time I went back to the USA it was not in my account. I am going back to the US in a couple weeks and can't see what international package I have on my account. I went to add the international bolt on and it said it will over right the package already on place, but I can't see anything in place. I bought a package with over 30gb that I don't use to get this international perk. Can you please let me know what my account is set up for. I really don't want to pay 6 per day as I bought a more expensive package to prevent that.

If you have a Plus Plan, you get a Travel Inclusive bolt-on that helps, explained here:

Your MyO2 should show it if you are on the correct tariff type, @RonniM.
(Mine says Volt as I get it with a non-Plus plan due to being a customer of both VM and O2).
Note USA - Roaming with O2 and also that you will need to have "4G Calling"enabled for making voice calls - Guide: Roaming MegaGuide

You need Travel Inclusive to avoid the daily charge.
It will show as a bolt on in your MyO2 if you have it, but you'll need to ask O2 if you can't see it.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
You also need 4g calling to be active on your account.

Thanks. This is infuriating. I signed up to the 30gb because it included it. I sat in the store with the lady and she explained it, I agreed it, signed up, but it never got added. I was on the phone with O2 for 9 hour on my last trip arguing the point. Convo started a soon as I got the ground water an 19 hour travel and just layed down and was going to check in with my kids. Not how you want to be depending your time after an exhausting journey
Was told it was added. It's still not added. I have o2 travel. Not what was agreed. Honestly, so done with O2. I'll be switching my family when I get back. Only reason I'm on O2 is cause my work uses it and we have boosters in the office... They dont work! Don't have signal in my office and I don't have signal inside my house either. I'm just done with this company. If the account had just been set up right in the beginning I wouldn't even be thinking about this right now but I got the new girl in training that day and I was the first sale she processed herself. Lucky me.
