Hi please could you tell me if my phone has insurance as I can’t remember if I added it when I upgraded

This isn't customer services and we dont have any access to customer accounts as we are a customer to customer forum. 

You can find out if you have insurance by logging into Myo2 and you will see a charge on your bill, and it will show under your boltons.
