I need to contact my insurance for broken screen

If O2 insurance just call customer services on 202

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi there Im not able to get through to insurance as phone hangs up. My phone is broken and need to make a claim. Is this possible at the moment? I have tried tweeting and direct messaging o2 with no luck. Please respond. Thank you.

Hi @Dales91x

O2 are running with reduced staff for obvious reasons. If you look at this help guide you will find numerous numbers to call O2. Use any or all. Press any option. People are getting through but it takes time, patience and perseverance.
