I have placed an order with o2 and I made a mistake and ordered wrong. I have tried to contact them but not been able to get through. As I was unable to change I have placed a fresh order. Will I be able to stop the other one going out and cancel only ordered today.

You will need to contact Customer Services on 202 or 0344 809 0202

when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone
