Impossible to contact o2

It is completely impossible to reach O2 by phone - it always ends saying "bye" and hanging up. There is no live chat option available on the website. The customer service is beyond appalling.

Also if you call on any morning, around 08:15, you will most likely gat through without too much of a wait - the sudden"bye" tells me the queue is full. Good luck.
