Phone has broken - I want to settle the device plan on line and not by calling O2. When calling O2 they revert you back to using MyO2 on line.
I need to settle the balance to order a new phone

Just upgrade in your MyO2 and you can pay off the old device plan during the checkout process.

If you are upgrading on o2 you can do it all online, it will take payment and then process the upgrade.
If not you can only pay off by calling
