I want to convert my sim to esim but I have lost access to my physical sim now I want the esim as I need to create a bank account as ordering it again will take time and also i havent activated my o2 account by sms verification

Also to add I am at my home town where there is no o2 store near so please can you make it possible via email?

Check in your MyO2 or contact O2.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.

@broyou If you've lost your physical sim you need to let O2 know: Lost or Stolen O2 Device
