This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

This isn't customer service

You will need to call customer services on 0344 809 0202 , if you are wanting to cancel your contract then let them know..

I did call them. Funnily, I got the response: "Let the porting happen and then port back."

I said I want to use both the numbers to which the agent said you cannot do that.

@AAUser That isn't what you said in your first post. If you want to use both numbers you'll have to pay for two contracts or two Pay & Go numbers, or one of each.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

In that case give them a call and tell them to cancel the port request, and dont confuse them with the other stuff.

I tried to cancel a port request tonight and I have been told this cannot be done. I will now loose my own number just because I forgot to check before I pressed the button. It wasn’t even half hour but they can’t change the request 😡

Why will you loose your number, where are you porting it to?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
