Hello, I’ve never used O2 and always getting bills. I’ve already canceled it by paying everything, but it was not canceled and I continue getting bills.you also want to report me to debt collectors, why? I’m not using your services, already canceled, paid everything. But you still keep charging and I do not understand why you are so evil

So did you actually cancel the contract or did you just pay off the device plan.. all the ways to cancel are her Guide: Cancelling Your Contract
Nothing evil about it, if you havent followed the process, and contracts dont just expire..
