I have never used an O2 sim. I was assigned one by a Virgin Media employee as a part of some "deal". I was misinformed and have been paying O2 a sim fee for the last year. I haven't even used the sim. Now I'm trying to pay a final bill and cancel my subscription, but I'm unable to get any help. This is some of the worst customer support and misinformation I've experienced.

12 months ago it would have been a Volt Contract where you would have got a special price on the broadband and a speed increase
The O2 SIM would have had a double data allowance.
Do you have the SIM, or do you have the O2 bills with the number.
Depending on what deal you are on there may be a termination fee
