I want to change my billing date and I have been on the O2 website for an hour now, jumping between the same five pages over and over again!
The website will not direct me to the contacts page, no matter how hard I have tried!
Can someone point me in the direction of the web chat page or a contact telephone number?

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
