Without a Sims card for 02 I can't contact anyone in Virgin who are in a position to assist. I am in the process

of switching from Bt toVirgin and Bt has locked me out. I am at a loss until I get a sims card. Regards Alex

Virgin no longer do mobile phones.

You need to speak to O2.
