I have unpaid bill, but currently abroad

Hi,

 

I have an overdue bill, and would like to pay it, but I don't have access to my number in o2 app (I'm ex virgin media customer, and for some reason my number wasn't transferred to o2 account). I'm currently abroad, and my cell phone doesn't connect to local providers, so I cannot add my number into o2 app since I cannot get an SMS (seems because of overdue bill). Please help me to pay a bill and make my number work while I'm abroad.
