I have received a text from O2 saying I have sent a multimedia text message but this is incorrect and I do not want to incur a charge for this

This has cropped up on a number of Forums and is usually down to the phone converting messages to MMS. 

It can happen with some emoji and long text messages if you messaging app setting allow for it 

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
