Have been with O2 over 1 month but cannot access O2. Error message says can take up to 4& hours to activate but been 5+ weeks

If the MyO2 app is giving bother, try the browser way to access it: https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If that works, then try uninstalling the MyO2 app from your phone, reboot the phone and reinstall.
