I can't login to my o2 app so I checked the website and when I log in using the email that receives the billing emails it tells me I don't have any products registered. If I try to log in with my mobile number it shows me my plan and data etc but then when I try to check the account it prompts me to log in.
If I log into the email I mentioned prior and try to add my device via phone number it says it's already linked to another o2 account.
So I'm just stuck in a vicious loop, please help as trying to contact o2 is useless

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
